Our Operations Director. She makes sure everything runs smoothly. While she’s not an electrician, there’s not much she doesn’t know about car chargers. Caroline looks after our customers and ensures the team have what they need to do a top-notch job.

Our Director and chief! Mike will be the first to admit he’s a bit of an electrical nerd (in the best possible way!) and is constantly researching new products, standards, and industry changes to keep us ahead of the curve when it comes to electrics .. If you need to know anything about anything, Mike is your man! Mike supports our customers with technical queries and if you press option 2 when you call us, chances are it’ll be Mike you’re speaking to.

Bookings
The wizard behind our bookings and installations. She is the one squeezing in all the charger installations and moving things around where necessary. She works incredibly hard and she has been known to send more emails in a day than more people do in a week… that may be why she’s partial to a large glass of pinot at the weekend!

Our accounts guru. When she’s not running around after her two boys, she’s keeping our finances sharp and our paperwork in order. With her background as a prison officer, it’s no wonder our accounts receivable game is so strong. Warning: may send you an invoice at 11pm, she swears she’s just “efficient,” not nocturnal.

Quality Surveyor and Engineer
Is one of our quality surveyors and has over 7 years experience in both domestic and commercial electrical fit outs. Dom leads on our medium-sized projects (up to £25k) and is known for bringing both a big smile and his trusty dustpan and brush to every job, leaving the place spotless when he’s finished! Customers often comment on how cheerful and professional Dom is, even on a Friday evening after a busy week!

With a background in hospitality, so it’s no wonder his customers love him! He brings that same friendly, approachable nature into every survey and installation, always taking the time to listen, explain, and make sure our customers are 100% happy before he leaves. Danny is patient, approachable and brilliant at explaining things clearly.

Brings years of experience in the electrical industry and has a unique background in building swimming pools in France so he can talk wiring and chlorine levels if you’re interested! Known for his perfectionism and attention to detail, our customers trust him because they know he’ll always go the extra mile to get things right

Is the newest member of our engineering team. Calm, practical and reliable, Nick is quickly becoming a key member of our team. Whether working on a larger commercial project or domestic solar installation, Nick delivers the same Mint Energy promise – quality workmanship, super tidy finishes and a customer first attitude!

We treat every installation as if it were our own.
